I lost 100 pounds and here’s how. For people financially struggling or shy

This goes out for a lot of beginners. Times are tough so spending money on the gym memberships might not be worth it or maybe you aren’t comfortable working out in-front of strangers yet. Then no worries you can do at home workouts! I lost 100 pounds mostly exclusively at home. If you have a good hallway or a good amount of space you can just walk back and forth. I initially started this work out for 30 minutes minimum everyday in the morning and at dawn. If you feel nothing then you can power walk. The point is you are still burning calories. Another good work out is 100 squats a day and try dancing!! You don’t even need to be a pro! I mostly did free stysle. Shadow boxing is pretty good too, maybe you can fit it in with your walk.

Another important thing I did was take out soda and a lot of sugary drinks from my life and switched to mostly water. If you can’t go cold turkey then switch to Gatorade and slowly stop drinking that cola. I would eat two scrambled eggs a day to start my mornings, since eggs are very good for you! and watch out for late night snacking!

I lost 100 pounds with this method and I’m just hoping i can help out other people. If you have other tips please share or talk about your journey.
