I'm almost at my desired weight and then I can change to maintenance, but damn they are not coming off even with diet and exercise. After research and development (thanks sub!) I'm using a mixture of intermittent fasting, cardio exercise and doctor approved stuff. Seems to be working except for this last stretch.
Just wanted to post here as this is a supportive community. I hope everyone is doing good and hits their goals.
