I've had some health problems, none of which are being helped by my weight. I had disposed of MyFitnessPal some time ago. Well.. today I reinstalled it, updated vital info, and used it all day to track calories and exercise. Just taking these steps has given me a feeling of strength. I've been on and off steroids and other meds that have contributed to some sudden weight gain. I just wanted to acknowledge this here.. I'm going to count any day that I keep my compulsive eating in check a victory. I'm excited to be back and part of the fray.
