Hi! So I've been losing weight for over a month now just with a calorie deficit, some days I will do some cardio if I feel like, otherwise not much. I started doing some research about incorporating exercise and I've seen SO much conflicting info. You have one half saying exercise isn't necessary to lose weight but is good for your health like heart etc. Then you have the other half that says it expedites weight loss. Where do you stand? What benefits or cons you've found with working out and losing weight.
