I used to be very active and fit but ever since i broke up for stopped working out and being active i mosty sit around at home i am a student a year like this has passed , and since i stopped being active but i still went on eating for 3 people i gained some weight like 7-10 (15-22 pounds)kilos i keep flactuating between 87(191 pounds) and 90(198 pounds) kilos im nowhere near motivated to start working out again i enjoy just chilling idk how to stop eating for litteraly 3 people
like me and some other guys were haning out and one of them said lets order some KFC i was like sure i bought a bucket and 3 burgers everyone was looking at me like i was insane lol.
im used to eating like this idk how to stop eating like this i have been doing this for the past 10 years but it was never a problem since i had an active life. My ideal weight would be 80-82 kilos (176-180 pounds)
