Day 11! Saturday up in here.
Enter weight in Libra Wednesday mornings & remember that it’s a number, not a self-worth estimate: Got it this week.
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): Maintenance today. Very active day.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Two hour hike in the mountains. High altitude and heat kicked my butt but I'd do it all over again. Also very vigorous cleaning & chores. 8/11 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Dug up some research for a writing project today.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for being so close to beautiful trails, mountains & all that good stuff.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: I did all the things today, I’m counting all the chores as a win.
