Ironically, the days I walk around the most are the days I wanna eat the less.

I’m a college student, which means my week is kind of hectic. I’m always walking around campus, and since I don’t have a car, that also makes me use public transport. It all adds up. I also study in the “city” so walking is more accessible.

The point is that during the week, I’m busy enough where I don’t feel the need to unnecessarily eat. But, on the weekends, when I’m at home on the countryside, sitting down and bored, I ironically just feel the need to snack or eat a lot more.

I’m currently fighting the urge to eat some ice cream since I’ve already eaten enough calories for the day, to the dot. This doesn’t happen to me during the week. Do you guys relate? Any tips?
