hey guys! 20/F 5’5 180lbs here, and i’m trying to lose 30lbs. at the moment I maintain a calorie deficit of 1600 cals, and I go to the gym 3x a week with 20 mins of cardio and strength training
i also have PCOS, and am going back to uni in september. I’m afraid that i won’t be able to maintain that same discipline during the school year and will gain all the weight back.
I just wanted advice as to how i can maintain discipline during the school year when i move out, or even some advice on weight loss in general, especially for PCOS.

EDIT: over the past month and a half i’ve managed to lose 6 pounds which i’m happy about!!
