Today is the day

They say putting it in writing solidifies the intent so here I am. Today is the day for me. I'm starting at 206.2 lbs and the goal is to eventually down the line hit 150.

What advice can the group give someone who has a lot of temptations in the house from other family members? One who caves easily? I'm really ready and committed to losing this weight that I've put during the pandemic though every fault of my own. I gained 56lbs in a year and I am uncomfortable and need change.

Any and all advice is welcome and thank you in advance
