anyone else on the lower weight end having difficulties?

Can we talk about how difficult it is to lose weight when your body is in a healthy BMI? I'm currently 158lbs and A 5'7 female. My GWis 130-140 with 130 being the max. I have struggled with the weight most of my life but this time I'm going slowly. And it's crazy. I box 2 times a week, I tend to eat a lot of sodium which Im trying to fix. I went down to 158 but scale says 162 today, Fuck me.... I'm guessing this is water weight/muscle inflammation. I know I'm not big or fat or anything but I just want to be in a weight I'm more comfortable with. it's been super difficult for sure, my dietician has me at 1600 cals a day and 75g protein min but I'm doing 1500 for some room for error. Any other lower end weight loaders struggling?
