Happy day 14, two full weeks into June! I’m sorry about yesterday’s post, I forgot that last, most important submit button.
Enter weight in Libra Wednesday mornings & remember that it’s a number, not a self-worth estimate: I'm going to remember tomorrow morning! I’m going to do it! I’m 2/2 so far, I can do it!
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): Today should be okay, I've got binner on deck for dinner with turkey sausage.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 35 minute lunch walk & I’m hoping to get some additional stationary bike or walking in this evening. 11/14 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: A little bit today, still gathering some research to be honest. Recent world history is off the fucking hook kids. So much shit happened in 2020 & I was in survival mode, so I remember it but seeing a list of events is still like, whoa.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for good friends & all the magpies out front of my office.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Drop another thing off at a donation site.
