I have binge eating disorder. I am currently 320 pounds and trying to lose some of it. I’m eating about 2000 calories a day at the moment, as recommended by MyFitnessPal. I don’t want to go too low as feeling hungry can often trigger binged. I also go on walks to try to slowly get into exercise. I want to be able to track my progress but am scared to get a scale. I haven’t owned a scale in a long time and am worried that I may be heavier than I think or if I have slow progress, I may be driven to binge. Has anyone else who has BED gone through the weigh loss process and how did you track it?
