Day 10! A Friday which felt like forever in the making for this loser.
Enter weight in Libra Wednesday mornings & remember that it’s a number, not a self-worth estimate: Got it this week.
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): On it today, steak for dinner!
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 35 minute lunch walk maybe all wrote today. It was hot as heck out today & I'm feeling a little drained about it. 7/10 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Worked on big old writing project today. I need to remember to eye the word count before I start. Yesterday I knocked out about a thousand words & an updated bibliography. I’ll aim for the same today.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for the ability to do drive up pick up grocery orders & for some quiet time ahead in my weekend.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Drop off items at one of those shipping boxes & hit a donation spot to clear some stuff out of my trunk. Still this. I’m doing this today, damn it!
