Day 7! A full week into this lovely month!
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remind self that it’s a number not a self-worth estimate: Missed this morning. 6/7 days.
1800-2000 calories a day, two pounds to lose this month: Missed it yesterday but I'm on it today! 5/6 days, 1 maintenance day.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Rest day. 5/7 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Lots of digital tapping today.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for the health & snuggle bug level of my soon to be 19 year old cat. She’s a cutie bean.
Express intention (day, week, month or moment): My intention for today is to rest. I’m playing the allergies, cold or COVID game. My intention for tomorrow is to go easy on myself as far as internalized judgements. My intention for this week is to stay in the moment & make choices to support my long-time goals. My intention for this month is to lose two pounds & lessen my sugar intake.
