Help! I have a history of stomach issues and it's been acting up worse recently so I have been having a lot of carby things that are easily digestible, like bananas, plain rice, bread, etc. However I am worried this will make me gain weight and I already noticed I feel less full and eating a lot more. It feels like I'm back to the stage where I used to eat a lot of carbs and gain a lot of weight.
I want to find ways to have low carb food that is healthy and will keep me full but that will be easily digestible by my stomach and that is vegetarian. I could think of tofu and dal, I think seitan / other mock meat screws up my stomach. Avocado is another option.
Any other ideas?
