Hi guys! I never really post on here and just hide in the shadows, BUT if you find it challenging to work out, this might help you! As the title says, there are 1,440 minutes in one day. Looking at it this way, 30 minutes of ANY type of exercise (I love walking/hiking) is negligible in the grand scheme of things. You would still have 1,410 minutes left in the day to do whatever you want! Thinking about exercise in this mindset has helped me to push through those days where I don’t feel like working out. So put those 30 minutes aside to do something beneficial to your physical, mental, and emotional health! The benefits far outweigh the cost of being temporarily uncomfortable.
