Guys, I need help! Over the past year I have lost about 68-78 lbs. I did this by eating in a calorie deficit around 1400-1600 calories a day. I also did beach body workouts (MM100 and MBF) 4 days/week. I for the life of me cannot lose anymore weight and either gain or stay the same. And now I am absolutely STARVING everyday around dinner and right after I eat dinner. I get so ravenous that I give up and binge because I’m so starving it hurts and makes me crazy. I never used to have this issue before when losing all that weight to begin with. I truly don’t know what to do. I am a 27 year old female who is 5’9.5”. Please help!
