I am doing the Newcastle Diet. For those who do not know, this is a VERY STRICT 800 Calorie liquid ONLY diet to aid the reversal of Type 2 Diabetes. PLEASE DO NOT tell me how crazy low 800 calories are. I know its low, but this diet is proven to successfully put Diabetes into remission.
It's day 10, I'm losing weight so far. But my cravings are still there. I have around 6 weeks left and IDK how I will do this.
I would LOVE to have a cheat meal, but I don't think I can.
I feel unhappy, sad, emotional, and I just keep telling myself that the light at the end of the tunnel has a great reward for me.
