Hi, so I was wondering if it’s possible for me to lose 40lbs in 3 months. For some background I’m 15, and have been overweight my whole life. I haven’t had bad eating habits, I just have a bad metabolism and never cared to work out and push myself hard enough to activate it and start burning fat. I’m going into 10th grade this September, and am really uncomfortable with myself, and need to loose weight. I would say I am overweight so is it possible to lose 40lbs in 3 months? I’ve been going on a lot of walks, eating less but still a good amount, and taking a bit over 10,000 steps a day. What else can I do? Please help.
