Hi everyone. For the first time in my life I’m motivated to try and lose weight. I’m a male who’s 18, currently 180 lbs, and 5’4. Three days ago I started to do some light exercise, walking about 1.5 miles everyday and doing warmup exercises. Even though I started I feel like I can stick with this as it isn’t too bad of an exercise. I also started to diet and eat healthier. I use myfitnesspal to track my calories.
I have a ton of questions like:
- How many calories should I be consuming a day? Or can I just under-eat?
- Since I started a couple days ago I went from 184 to 179 today, is it normal to be losing it that fast?
- When should I expect to see results?
