hello everyone,
recently i’ve noticed a habit that i’ve picked up where I am eating the same exact meal like 4 or more times a week. I feel like I’ve become very picky and I have this thought that sits in the back of my head that I don’t want to waste any calories by eating something I might not enjoy as much, so I just make this same exact thing. And in general, I’ve been having trouble eating because I saw it was a coping mechanism for me and realized I don’t actually enjoy the act of eating that much, so it kinda ruined it for me. Just in general I’m kinda worried if this is a bad habit / mindset? or if it’s okay that I’m just trying to do what I’m comfortable with while I’ve been going through a rough patch.
