Hi everyone. I’m 20F, started losing weight at about 215 lbs, I’m down to 197 in about a month. I use Noom and mainly track calories. Noom says I should be eating about 1200-1300 calories a day. So that’s what I’ve been doing. Before starting this I was probably eating about 2200-3500 calories a day without realizing. Anyway, about a month into a calorie deficit I find myself craving less and less food. I could eat between 500-700 calories in a day and be satisfied. Is that normal? I notice on the days when I eat that little I don’t usually lose weight, but on the days I eat 1400ish calories I wake up having lost weight. Why is my body craving so few calories? Should I listen to it or should I force myself to meet my calorie goal?
