I’m not showing my face/body on Instagram for 6 months until I see improvements.

Well, I noticed I lost a lot of inches! I’m stuck at the same weight of 284.0 for over a month now, Which is my regular weight for the last 6 years. It’s been on & off 30 lbs (260) since last summer and I NEED to keep it off this time. I always fall back into the habit of diet soda and snack size chips, During the summer only! I will save them for special occasions now like going to the beach. So it’s a reason to have a break from eating healthy 24/7.

Instead of showing my face I will be posting nature videos and occasionally at the gym.

I have a job interview in a couple hours so tonight I’m going to meal prep chicken breast, veggies and a salad for the next 2 weeks, Until it runs out and then I’ll buy more. This and working out every day, Even when I have no energy, Because if I skip a day I skip a week. This worked for a while to push myself to workout but then I get sick with vertigo. I will start off with 30 Minutes a day and I usually go 45-50 minutes walking at the trail/park. I can’t wait!! I will be more strict for the next 2 weeks and pray that I lose something. I won’t check it until the weeks are over, Then I’ll do a reset and repeat until I’m at my goal weight of 130 lbs. This system is basically keto I guess, Using only what I suggested. I will switch up my meals occasionally, Like having a (vegan) taco salad for lunch or a healthy sandwich. I ALWAYS feel like having a sandwich after coming home from my walk!

I really hope this plan works because I am desperate to lose weight at this point and I refuse to give up even 5 years later. I started in 2017 but 2021-2022 will be my years. I just want to look good and feel good about my body. Before I was rushing but it’s always slow for me so I’ll say about a year I should lose 130 lbs. So I’d roughly be around 150 lbs by next summer. Especially if I can keep up with 22 lbs every do two months like I used to!! I usually lose 3 lbs a week from working out and walking A LOT. Hopefully I can start traveling again by the time I lose the weight too! So much to look forward to!!

Oh- Also, I do plan on going back to the gym. Vertigo was making it impossible to take the bus but I’ll get back into the routine of going. I’ll get up early next week and go after an hour of waking up, Bc I need my morning time. I have been working out a lot at home when I can, I just missed a week bc I was sick.
