I need help with having to chew something.

Hello everyone, english isn't my first language, so if there's mistakes I'm sorry! I'm also on mobile.

I'm probably not the only one that feels like my mouth need to do something. I have no problem in the morning and the afternoon, but in the evening... My mouth needs to chew on something or else I feel like there's someting missing. I'm not hungry!! I think I'm just bored and I want to chew.

I tried gum, but it makes me want to vomit after 10 minutes. So, when I'm at work, I just end up eating a small bag of chips or candy. There's nothing "low calories" where I work.

This evening, I bought a bag of cheetos and put some in a small cup. It was enough to calm my "problem". It's not my favorite kind, so I do not feel de need to eat the entire bag. I'll try to remember to bring carrots next time, just to see if it will be enough.

Now... Does anyone has tricks to stop that feeling? I would really like it if there is a way to make it stop. I don't want to eat, I'm not hungry, I just need to do something with my mouth and it kind make me mad.

Have a good day/afternoon/evening. If you have questions, I'll be happy to answer.
