1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): Doing better today, back in the direction of 1800.
Exercise 5 days a week: Hopefully some stationary bike tonight with arm reps & posture poses. 18/22 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Would like to do more of this before bed. Tried earlier today with mixed results.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for lots of little things. Avocados, cronchy vegetables, peaches, plums, good company, job security and being able to go have a business lunch.
