Before the pandemic I got down to 215. Goal weight is 200 lbs. Every single day during the pandemic I exercise, walk, get as much sleep as I can, eat fruits and vegetables. No juice or soda. I just weighed myself and I'm 233.
I am in shock. I am giving this absolutely everything I can and my best is a total failure. I don't want to keep sliding into morbid obesity.
I cook my own (lots of veggies and salads and eggs woth veggies for breakfast) meals. The only way to do CICO is going to be either microwave meals or a food scale.
I feel so, so worthless. I don't have any more willpower to give. This is my best and it's just gaining weight.
