Happy Thursday kids! I hope you're out there kicking butt & taking names!
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Logged this morning. Progress over perfection. I feel less shitty about this number.
1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): Crock pot roast & veggies for dinner tonight. My kingdom for an opal apple kids. I’ve become an unbearable monster of pickiness about produce & I am officially insufferable.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30-minute lunch walk & hopefully some stationary biking. 8/10 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Did some of this digitally, still could use more time for this each day. I would like to have more direction in this so I can feel a little less mentally clogged. Note to self, get on this!
Todays gratitude list: I'm grateful for being able to ask the internet for a recipe for literally anything. I’m going to try some new recipes, flex some kitchen skills & it’s as easy as asking google. Also, air fryers maybe an adult easy bake oven but I love them anyway.
