Is this common?
Since i lost 3 kg(6.5 lbs) my chest size circumference is 4cm(1.5inch) smaller but my waist size only shrank 1cm(0.5 inch).
I lost way more then 3kg but i only started measureing chest and waist and hip when i was 3kg heavyer then now.
I am 177cm(5ft9.5) and 83 kg(183 lb) and my chest size is currently 100cm(39.3 inch)
I also measured my Hip size and looks like that went from 108cm(42.5 inch) to 105cm(41.3 inch)
So i am loosing for every 1kg about 1 cm from everywhere except from the belly from which i loose way less, this is pretty annoying.
Is this common that we loose much more from chest and hip then from waist?
And i this the trend to be expected,i mean every lost kg would be minus 1cm from chest and hip but only 0.4 cm from waist?
Also the National Health institute in america says that a waist size that's over 40 inch(101.6cm) for males is unhealthy, that means by this rate i would need to loose 9 more kg?(20 pounds) to get under that number?
That would put my BMI at 24.
