Want to lose body fat but can't exercise much.

I am currently at 185.2 lbs and 6'0 (male). I can't go to gym due to covid situation and I cant weight train at home. I also got covid and my stamina is very much depleted and I wouldn't want to run either. In any case I want to lose the extra BODY FAT that i gained during this phase and fit nicely in my clothes. I got love handles and moobs and a tummy too which I dont like in my clothes, its only the first step tho. Basically just want to reduce the fat%. My tdee tells me 2300 calories and I can create a 1000 deficit since I dont go out so it wont be that hard. Can anyone suggest me what else to do, what to eat, how often can i eat a cheat meal,how to save what's left of my muscle mass, and with just diet and light exercise how long can i expect to actually see a difference in my overall shape. Sorry if i am too much of a layman.
