Taking Accountability

Hi all, posting here to take some accountability of where I'm at. Currently 30M/6ft/19st 3 as of March. I've managed to get myself down to 17st 11 as of today and my goal is to get as close to 17 or below it by the end of this month.

I've started to think about encorporating exercise into my daily routine. I've got a really busy home and work life, so I'm looking for some fantastic 30-45 minute workouts that I could do daily/every other day.

My wife likes to describe me as a "buff husky" (lol) and it's about time I got back to being that - I was hitting the gym regularly and had built some real muscle, 6 years later and I've just let myself go!!

Thanks for reading, it's been amazing seeing the small changes in how my body look just from the small amount I've lost so far! Posting here is my plan to keep me focused on that goal!
