20f, 5'8, 10st 7lbs So I've been thinking about posting here for a while but my recent weight gain has pushed me to do it.
I just can't find the motivation to start to lost weight and workout again even though I know I felt amazing when I was doing it 6 months ago. I've lost 3st in the past and don't want to put it back on again because I was miserable. I really struggle with self control and need someone to keep me accountable while I get back into better habits.
I was hoping to find someone who is able to swap food trackers each day and preferably someone who could help motivate me to workout again as I've really enjoyed it in the past. Gaining 7lbs has really started to affect my self confidence and mental health and I want to change that before I spiral and gain even more than I have.
