Ok so I have been struggling with weight for some years now I'm 17 years old going on 18 I am 5'8 and I weigh around 250-260 pounds (been a minute since weighed) I have tried tons of diets I workout regularly and I do martial arts on the side despite weighing so much im relatively built but I definitely have a beer belly going on its been so hard and I have no idea how to shake this weight I am out of ideas can anyone suggest some things that may have truly helped you im looking for suggestions to healthier diets meaning suggested foods and what not to workouts preferably without weights that I can work into an everday schedule it would be greatly appreciated
