I've logged meals and worked out with Peloton since Jan 2021. While I noticed a change in my body and definitely gained some muscle, the scale just wouldn't budge.
My doctor flagged that I was probably eating too much takeout and underestimating my calorie consumption. After getting a food scale, tracking with MyFitnessPal, and committing to homecooking for two weeks, I realized my doctor was right... and lost 5 lbs!
I cannot emphasize how empowering it's been to literally take my health into my own hands by cooking at home. Grocery shopping and coming up with creative meals has been such a joy and I can't wait to see if this takes me to my fitness goals.
