Recently I’ve started to diet because I’ve hit my highest weight and that was when I knew enough was enough. While I have lost a few pounds and have been making better food choices, I am struggling with keeping up with exercising. I used to walk for like an hour outside a couple times a week but then i just lost motivation and thought maybe if I had a routine to do at home I could keep up. I even bought some dumbbells. Nope. I think my main issue is that I don’t know what routine or exercises to do. Before, a lot of my exercise was walking, wether on a treadmill at home, or walking outside. I would like to have a exercise routine but the results online have been overwhelming and contradicting. Any advice for a beginner?
