Finally ready

After a meltdown in a fitting room over how much weight I have gained I am ready to really stick to a plan and lose weight. I am trying to avoid strict calorie counting as it’s never worked for me, but I know that I need to be aware. I am at the heaviest I’ve ever been at 219 (31F 5’8)

I am really looking to lose close to 70 pounds but my short term goal is 20. I really struggle with cooking as when I get home the last thing I want to do is make a good meal. I resort to takeout or easy things like hot dogs and Mac and cheese.

I also LOVE beer and craft beer at that. I am making a point to just stop drinking for now and only do so when I am out for special occasions or celebrating. I don’t NEED to throw back 4 pints just because it’s Friday.

I sadly only really enjoy group fitness classes which aren’t happening right now, any fave workout apps or videos I could use?

I have been good the past 2 days with eating a salad at lunch plus other healthier snacks, along with a 90 cal ice cream bar after supper for my sweet tooth. I’ve done this before I know I can again!
