Hello! I have a question about how to lose belly fat. I'm currently on a calorie deficit and working out every single day, but my calorie deficit is extremely unhealthy. I'm eating junk food almost every meal but it fits under the calorie restriction that I've set for myself, so I assumed it'd be fine if I'm trying to lose weight. I'm not trying to specifically lose weight on a scale though, because I'm pretty happy with the number, but I just want to lose belly fat and I know I can only do that through losing weight in general because spot reduction doesn't exist. So what I'm trying to ask is, does it matter what I eat in order to get rid of fat on my stomach when on a calorie deficit, or will I lose the belly fat no matter what I eat?
