hi!! so as per my previous post, i lost a bit of weight. i’m 5’3, and i went from ~130 lbs to ~114 lbs. not a drastic change, i know, but i wasn’t really overweight in the first place - just wanted to slim my body. it was when i reached this weight that i stopped going on my caloric deficit (i went on a deficit for more than a year). once i stopped, i’ve been bloating like crazy. i’m not overeating, but i wake up bloated, and am uncomfortable when i simply eat until i’m full. when i searched online about this, i found that many websites say caloric deficits cause bloating - is this true? has anyone else experienced this after their deficit (also does it go away)?
