Advice About Calories Please

I've been going to crossfit now 5x/week. I've also been using an app to calorie count. The app set my count for 1200 calories/day in order to lose weight. I was able to start under or near the 1200 calorie mark for the first week but it's been getting gradually harder. This week is almost impossible. I'm constantly thinking about eating and it's stressing me out. Also, I find if I don't eat a bit of a larger meal before going to the gym, my workout sucks.

I for sure am building muscle, that I can tell but I am not loosing any fat...

Should I just try to work out more so I can eat more (I was thinking about trying to do yoga the other two days I'm not at crossfit - the gym is closed those days) or is there a way to make myself not hungry?

(Also, I'm 163, 5'6: trying to eventually make it down to 132)
