Happy hump day! I hope you're all out there kicking butt.
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Logged this morning. Progress over perfection.
1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): Tacos for dinner, hanging in a okay! Under goal a little, didn't want the second taco.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30-minute lunch walk & hopefully some stationary biking. 7/9 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Did some of this digitally, still could use more time for this each day.
Todays gratitude list: I'm grateful for podcasts & my local library system. I do love a good ebook.
