Happy Thursday! I hope you're all kicking butt & taking names. It's been a day & a half over here.
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Logged this morning. Progress over perfection. I don’t always like not sharing this number but I am finding myself feeling less shame about it. I want to get back to a place where I share this but for right now this is working.
1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): I’ve got a tasty veg & fruit heavy dinner planned. It’s hot as hell where I am so less oven and over all cooking intense dinners are occurring. It’s salad season baby. Bring it on.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30-minute lunch walk & hopefully some stationary bike tonight. 13/17 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Made more time for this today & will keep pushing for more.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for today being my Friday. I'm trying real hard to keep pushing the gratitude forward thinking, trying to promote mindfulness & it's a tough gig. How are all of you doing?
