This week has been L after L for my physical and mental health. First I forgot to log last week's minutes for the loseit challenge. Then I've just had so much stress - so many assignments and personal issues - sleep & regular eating flew out the door. I managed to get myself to the gym 3.5 times this week at least. Issues in my personal life sorta led me to make some more unsavory decisions regarding alcohol and drug use this weekend, which obviously lends itself to increased calorie consumption / binging & / or not eating at all. I take responsibility for these shortcomings. I'm just really hoping I can get my shit back together this week. I'm struggling so much.
