Obviously part of a healthier lifestyle of getting more movement in, regardless of whether it helps you specifically in losing weight. We know moving is good for every body, and I am probably not the only person who finds winter time a little tougher to do some of the activities we relied on in the summer. For me, it was long hikes/walks, riding bikes, running in the dog park with my dog...but now that it's freezing, I have a hard time getting more than like 6k steps a day. I have fibromyalgia and extreme weather changes tends to make it worse, bundling up doesn't seem to help much. I've taken to walking in circles and pacing in my basement (Which I've done quite a lot over the past few weeks...watching Arsenal play is aging me). What are little things you've added to your daily routine to get extra movement in? Cleaning more? Making sure you get up every hour? I've considered getting a treadmill but I'm currently a Master's student without regular employment so I don't have the funds to devote to a good one, but it's in my plans when I get a regular job again.
EDIT: I should also put like "besides workout routines" because I already do some a few days a week! :)
