I’m really struggling in the “here and now” phase. And I’m not sure how to mentally deal with it (fyi: I do go to a licensed therapist)
The thing is, is I’m not “overweight” (5’3” 130 pounds) but on my petite frame, I’m really holding onto the weight in my stomach, hips and face.
I’m currently boxing 2 times a week but it’s obviously not enough enough to make a difference. Even tho it’s high intensity, 2 times a week is not going to make a difference. I’ve been doing this for 3 months and I’ve seen no change.
Just feeling really down and discouraged. I’m 25 and single so it’s made me so insecure I am too scared to put myself out there and try dating.
