I just wanted to share the lunch I just made, it was so good! So easy, fast, affordable, and leaves me feeling satisfied. So I use a whole wheat tortilla, reduced fat mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni. You just put the shredded cheese and pepperoni on the tortilla, roll it up, microwave for one minute, and I dip it in pizza sauce! Mine added up to 360 calories as I use two servings of cheese but only 4 pepperoni (the serving size is 9) completely satisfied my pizza craving! I'm always making the same thing basically but with Mexican blend cheese and I dip that in sour cream. That one is really good too, but I'm so happy about this pizza one! I just had to share.
