After a long journey and ups and downs, I was down to 167lbs from ~200lbs at the end of 2021. I had a rough time in November 2022 so I stagnated around 167lbs and then I let myself go in December and went up to about 170lbs. I started again and I'm now around 165lbs but I've also been going to the gym pretty often.
