Once i felt comfortable. But for some reason that never occurred to me.
Since I graduated high school, I went from 180 to 260 in about 2 years. Once I realized just how much I let myself go, I immediately started going to the gym and dieting.
I lost about 40lbs in 3 months amd I was very proud of myself. Everyone I knew immediately noticed and congulated me and it was very motivational.
But at about 215, I hit a plateau. I couldn't keep the weight off to save my life.
I did every method of intermittent fasting and keto and 3 day fasts but I would always get discouraged and gain the weight back.
About a month ago I was randomly watching YouTube and someone mentioned to always eat until you are about to be full.
I thought this was interesting and immediately started with dinner.
I ate about half as much as I usually do. I felt nothing. In the morning I was extremely hungry so I decided to make myself breakfast and again I ate just until I was about to be full. Same thing for lunch same thing for dinner. And now about a month later I feel amazing I could no longer eat as much as I used to and I'm down about 10 pounds.
I'll see if I can break my 215 barrier. But so far this is way more comfortable than any other diet and hopefully this information will help you out.
