Ab exercises that DON'T require being on butt

Howdy! 24f here trying to improve my self confidence by loosing a but of weight, mostly around the belly area. I use my exercise bike and I do yoga and other stuff, but it isn't really showing results in my midsection. The issue I run into is that I have a very sensitive scar on my tailbone and a very protruding tailbone so any exercises that require my to be on my butt (ie crunches and shit) really hurts and causes a ton of swelling in my tailbone.

Does anyone have any suggestions or links to different exercises that I can do to target my midsection area without having to cause serious pain to myself?
