Should I increase my caloric deficit?

To start, I’ve been prescribed phentermine by a reputable Med Spa in my area. The PA that I had my appointment with told me to eat 1000 calories a day. That sounded a little low to me but I’ve been compliant so far. Some days this is super easy, other days (even with the medication), I’m white knuckling it. Anyways, I feel like my weight loss is plateauing. I was eating about 1300-1400 cals a day before this. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t seen any progress where as before, I was losing 2-3 lbs a week. Thoughts?

Edit- forgot to include my stats 26 y.o. Female. CW 186 lbs. SW 200 as of January 1st.
