I have been in the gym for 2 months now. My main goal is to lose body fat at my belly & tone arms,chest & legs . I know I can’t target my belly fat but doing weight lifting & cardio can help that. I started at 156 now I’m stuck between 142 (my lowest) & 146 my highest. I have MyFitnessPal app ( I am 5’6 , 23 years old & my weight 143 currently) I workout 5x out the week. Monday & Tuesday (Upper body mainly arm work) Wednesday & Thursday (Leg & Cardio) & Friday (Chest & Back). I do eat healthy stay away from all sodas & fastfood. I have a waist size of 35inch I do work at fastfood job so over the couple years me eating the food since work their & it free not knowing the results on my health in future it put a small pudge on me. But my fitness app says my calorie goal is 2,050. I know it still early on but am I doing anything wrong ? Like is my calorie intake too low ? I wonder is this muscle weight why it’s like this as well ?
