Hello! This is in reference to my previous ask. I have been enjoying myself so far (though today I went a little over-budget—surprisingly far less than expected, only ~75 over! Most of it came from potatoes, which I haven’t indulged in for a long time. I don’t even feel nauseously full, just comfortable, thank goodness.) Thank you all for your previous replies :)
A few questions for when I get back from my trip:
1) Should I just go back to what I normally eat immediately, or create a deeper deficit for a few days before returning to normal?
2) I know the scale’s going to tell a bit more than usual due to water weight and the temporary such—so let’s avoid the brief grief, shall we? How long should I stay away from the scale before weighing in?
3) Any good “post-vacation fat-loss” food you’d recommend?
